Please wear a mask if at all possible and as per goverment guidance.
If you feel unable to wear a mask we will take steps to keep you and everyone safe by avoiding attendance in our waiting room. This is likely to include:
- Avoidance of face to face if possible, by eg use of video, phone, email
- Maximum discussion on phone prior to any face to face to minimise time spent in practice
- Preplanned arrangement to wait outside at side door rather than in waiting area room
- Please ask eg pharmacy and contacts who can wear a mask to make essential collections from our reception desk rather than yourself .
We thank the vast majority of our patients who have been understanding and worked positively with us at this stressful time. We find post people are able to tolerate a mask for the time they are in practice even if they have not been used to this .
